Language preference: After you select German or English, the preference is stored locally in your browser under “novaaxis-language”. It is not used for tracking.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Technical data is processed to deliver and secure the website, prevent misuse and diagnose errors. Email data is processed to answer inquiries, take steps requested before a contract, conduct business communication and meet legal obligations. Where the GDPR applies, the legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) GDPR.

4. Hosting and recipients

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages by Cloudflare, Inc., USA. Cloudflare processes technical connection data to deliver and protect this website through its global network. Email services remain with STRATO GmbH, Germany. Data may also be disclosed to email providers, professional advisers or authorities when necessary or legally required. We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use targeted advertising.

5. Retention

Technical logs are retained according to the hosting configuration and only as long as needed for security and operation. Email correspondence is kept as long as necessary for the inquiry, business relationship, dispute prevention and applicable record-keeping duties. The language preference remains until you clear browser storage or change it.

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and appeal a denied request.
